CTPI - CONSORTIUM PUBLIC TRANSPORT INSUBRIA:

With CTPI you can move in Varese town and the north of the province. Transportation is allowed:

• free for guide dogs accompanying blind or partially sighted people
• exempt from n. 1 small animal with a muzzle worn, carried in the arms or in a container whose dimensions do not exceed, even on one side only, 50x30x25 cm
• for a fee for other animals, muzzled and kept on a leash, according to the rate in force

Only one animal per passenger is allowed and no more than two per car, excluding guide dogs for the blind.

STIE - PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICE:

STIE is the public transport for the cities of Busto Arsizio and Saronno. Anyone, if equipped with a travel document, can bring with them a small animal to which a device has been applied to render it harmless (muzzle, cage, pet carrier).

• The transport of animals accompanied by the purchase and validation of a travel document for the same route as the passenger.
• Anyone accompanying the animal must avoid getting on the seats, dirty or damage the car or disturb the travelers. In this case, the accompanying person is required to pay compensation for any damage.
• Guide dogs are admitted free of charge on buses.

ART - TRANSPORT REGULATION AUTHORITY:

ART manages all movements in the city of Gallarate. Pets are allowed in the car, but following the rules:

• the passenger can bring a small dog with him, after purchasing the ticket, as long as it is muzzled and held in her arms so as not to cause any disturbance to other passengers.

Guide dogs for the blind can travel for free without any restrictions.
