The art of pizza-making becomes a fun team game: knead, roll out, garnish and taste your masterpiece.
Pizza is one of the world's best-loved dishes. In this short course, you will learn how to prepare the dough, discover the tricks of its rising, garnishing and cooking methods to make tasty pizzas, choosing from ingredients such as olives, mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, local vegetables, Km 0 cured meats and alpine cheeses. The flavours will be taken directly from the garden.
The pizzas will be baked in a high-temperature steel oven, chosen from the many on the market, and you will be able - if you wish - to buy it to repeat the experience yourself.
The course takes place in the garden of an early 20th century villa in a village near the shores of Lake Maggiore.
It will be possible - at times - to be accompanied by the music of an accordion played live.
