Arrival at the Biegno Hostel, preparation of dinner, evening together and overnight stay.

Saturday, June 17
In the morning: awakening practice with Francesca Marcone, TaiChi teacher, expert in Chinese culture, of Sentire del Panda.                                                      
Followed by hike to Piero's Mills and picnic lunch with nature activities by Sonia Gallazzi, naturopath and environmental hiking guide from Clorofilla Naturopathy.                                                

• Walking time, excluding stops: 30 minutes
• Trail length: about 4.5 km

3 pm: conclusion of activities and return to the cars.

SACRED VALLEY - "LOZZO: WOMEN JANITORS"

• Admission free of charge

The appointment takes its cue from the singular custom handed down through the centuries of having "women guardians" for the Church of the village of Lozzo, a custom that reveals one of the few legacies of an ancestral and atavistic spirituality that once must have characterized the entire Veddasca valley and that probably, here as elsewhere, must have declined to female rites and cults related to birth, healing and death. After visiting the church, the route will continue through the charming streets of the village, among ancient roads and votive images.

The Alpine group of Pino Tronzano Bassano, in collaboration with the Pro Loco Maccagno organizes the early summer festival, with food stand for all tastes and musical entertainment for adults and children by the magnificent Elvis.
