From Friday, June 30 to July 2, 2023, Ispra will host the presentation of specialties of excellence in the route of the regions crossed by the Vie Francigene and the International Cuisines recognized by Unesco Intangible Heritage of Humanity (Mediterranean Cuisine-Belgium).

An opportunity to taste tasty dishes, watch show cooking and be entertained by live music and Unesco & Vie Francigene intangible video.

Guest of honor will be Indian cuisine. 

Present to quench guests' thirst will be La Taverna del Pellegrino & Belgian Beer (UNESCO).

Also present on the same occasion will be the "French Regional Market and food excellence from the regions of Italy."
