In 1965, Spartaco Mamoli, who fell in love with the woods that surround the pleasant town, designed and built this house in the peace of the woods, as a welcoming place for contemplation and rest for his large family. Helleboro is part of what the Viggiutesi call Villa Mamoli.

The farm Il Pascolo grows fruit and vegetables and sells them over the counter at the markets in the province of Varese and directly in Cairate. In their shop you can also find jams, flours and oil. It also offers a shopping service delivered at home or ready to be collected at the market counter.

The farm organizes events for adults and children to promote eco-sustainable development linked to the cultivation of vegetables and fruits.
