The Varese 'Tra Ville e Giardini' event, now in its eleventh edition, will be held on Friday 14 June. The event includes a competitive race of approximately 11.8 km for Fidal and Runcard members and a non-competitive race of approximately 7.8 km for amateurs. This year, the event is dedicated to raising awareness of Nutrition and Eating Disorders (DNA), a problem of growing importance. Participants in the non-competitive race can purchase a shirt, the proceeds of which will go to support DNA projects.

On 12 June 2024, at 21:00, at the Salone Estense of the Municipality of Varese, there will be a conference entitled 'DNA: The point on treatment paths and new opportunities', promoted by the Department of Medicine and Technological Innovation of the University of Insubria. International mail art works promoted by the IlFiloLilla association will also be on display. The Varese Runner Society invites participation to support the initiative.

REGISTRATIONS

ONLINE REGISTRATION OPENS ON 3/5/2024 AND CLOSES ON 13/6/2024

For the competitive race, it will be possible to register online at a cost of 13€. There will also be 30 bibs available at a cost of 15€ for on-site registration on 14/6. It will be possible to register until the maximum number of 350 participants is reached.

For the non-competitive race, it will be possible to register (maximum of 400 participants) as follows

• online (cost 8€ without gadget, 13€ with gadget).
• at Ottica Giorgi, Corso Aldo Moro, 11, 21100 Varese (cost 8€ without gadget, 13€ with gadget).
• on site at a cost of 10€ without gadget, 15€ with gadget, on the evening of the race until 19:45.
