The farm is located in Origgio, in the province of Varese, a few minutes from Milan and is also easily reachable from Como. It is in the countryside, close to the Parco dei Mughetti. The main activity is the cultivation of the land, the harvest of which is intended for animal feed.

In 2003, the Ai Boschi farmhouse was renovated to become an agritourism restaurant. Through the genuine cuisine of products such as meat, cured meats, eggs, milk and derivatives, vegetables and fruit, an added value is given to the work of all time.

The family management has always shown a considerable commitment in the activity of breeding, cultivation, production, transformation, hospitality and teaching. Guests have access to a large main room and a small veranda for private dinners. Families, birthday parties, graduation parties, musical evenings and ceremonies to remember. For the little ones you can also find dedicated menus.

The soils worked in rotation produce:

• cereals: wheat, barley, rye, corn and triticale
• alfalfa, ryegrass and stable lawn for haymaking
• vegetables including potatoes (yellow, white and red pasta), onions, pumpkins and cabbage.

The non-intensive and diversified breeding makes the company a cheerful farm with:

• beef cattle and dairy cows
• goats and sheep
• chickens, ducks, peacocks
• rabbits
• horses, ponies and donkeys
• pigs

On the farm there is also a vegetable garden, a greenhouse and an orchard that further enrich our kitchen. During the week it is possible to buy some of our products.

The traditional production activity also makes it possible to carry out didactic-training activities aimed at school groups, families, companies, assistance centers for the elderly or disabled.

The educational farm is an open-air school that must enhance the territory and make known the trades and the peasant tradition. The lawn, the courtyard, the stables, the barn and the barn are the classrooms, without desks and chairs, but with great contents. Respect for the environment, conscious consumption, proper nutrition, life on the farm, the production and transformation cycle of our products are offered with particular attention to the degree of learning, psycho-motor skills.
