A trip to Motta d'Oro to discover the Anfi.Bio project of Opera Village in Comerio. 

The Motta d'Oro pond in the Campo dei Fiori Park is a small jewel of biodiversity that deserves to be told. The itinerary will allow you to discover the nature and the life of the delicate animals that inhabit the pond, such as frogs, toads, salamanders and newts. At the end of the route, an aperitif with a view of Lake Varese is served at the Opera Village.

Height difference: 250 metres

Compulsory equipment: hiking boots with Vibram soles, rucksack, water, layered clothing, jacket made of breathable material, rain jacket or cape, fleece or pullover. Optional: trekking poles. There are no drinking fountains along the route. 

Fee per excursion 

• Adults: 15 euros
• Children and teenagers aged 8-17 (minimum age 8) 5 euros

Fee per Aperitif: 12 euros per person 

The excursion will only be cancelled in case of very bad weather until 6pm the day before the excursion.
