Option 1:

As in a real cocktail bar, all participants will have to work together to create different cocktails and invent one from scratch. At the end of the evening the jury (made up of people from the companies involved) will taste the various cocktails proposed by the teams and will evaluate which team has done the best job.

Option 2:

Reproduce a famous cocktail known by all. The basic notions for the preparation of the cocktail will be given with some suggestions from the experts and professionals. The teams will have a set timing. There will be a jury that will vote for the best cocktail, considering the taste, the balance of the ingredients and the presentation.

The activities can be organized as an aperitif or an after dinner animation according to the time available.
