A story that makes music, a book that turns into travel, and a voice-over that accompanies everything: Saturday 3 May 2025 at 21.00, the Sala Polivalente San Martino di Barasso will host the show "Pierino e il Libro", a tribute to Enrico Ruggeri and, At the same time, a wider reflection on the experience of growth.
The event, set symbolically around the figure of a growing child and a book that changes meaning over time, proposes a narrative and musical path that winds between symbols, words and melodies, with a strong message against conventions and in favor of inner freedom.
The protagonists
The protagonist of the show is Riccardo Guidotti in the role of Pierino, accompanied by a "nice volume" as the book. The chorus "Sing It Out" will give voice to the emotions of the narration, while Roberta Simonetta and Rocco Zanardi will interpret the mysterious figures that populate the story.
The live soundtrack will include:
Giovanni Pallaoro (guitar)
Pio Benetti (piano)
Francesco Inzitari (trumpet)
Francesca Crosta (violin)
Sara Fastame (cello)
To make the event even more special will be the pre-recorded and mixed narrating voice of Enrico Ruggeri, which will give body and emotional depth to the story, merging with the musical and visual language of the performance.
A rare and precious opportunity to attend a show that mixes different genres and languages, able to excite and reflect at the same time.
